At MTB, we believe that sports have the power to bring people together and create positive change in the world. Our vision is to inspire and empower athletes of all levels to achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
Our Journey
More than Basketball, Inc. (MTB) is an Organization formed for the express purpose to fill a void namely, the need for an organization that motivates the student athlete to achieve their academic goals, as well as their athletic goals. It is structured to empower student athletes to reach their highest academic and athletic potential, inspiring personal excellence. MTB also utilizes sports to teach youth about life skills. It does this through proven programs focused on character development and life skills education.

RANDY HADLEY WORLD RENOWNED COACH
Randy Hadley, world renowned performance coach and owner of RHFITPRO PERFORMANCE CENTER in Orlando, Florida, has been in the strength & conditioning industry for 15+ years. He has had the opportunity to work with athletes in multiple arenas from around the world at the highest level. Randy’s constant desire to study human movement led to the development of a system and understanding that transcends to athletes of all levels. continues to study, research and develop new and cutting-edge ways of training to give his athletes an advantage in overall health and well-being, as well as top level performances.
The RHFITPRO system brings you more than the average program and a step above the best. Consisting of an extensive evaluation, structured implementation, and an aggressive yet progressive adaptation, RHFITPRO is redefining the term "strength coach". We don’t believe in a one size fit all system like most programs. Every program is specifically tailored to the athlete’s needs.
Our programs revolves around education, development and progression, going far beyond the traditional standards of training and searching for the truth. Underneath a watchful eye on the court or on the field, application begins through skill translation.

DARRYL HARDIN GHOST PLAYER DEVELOMENT
Ghost Player Development Darryl Hardin founded Ghost Player Development in 2014. He has helped develop some of the top high school talent in the country. Working with McDonalds All American Game MVP, Jordan Brand Game MVP, NBA Top 100 camp participants, several ESPN Top 100 players & 4 Stars and 3 Stars, USA U17 & U19 National Team member, Puerto Rico U17 & U19 National Team members, Nike Hoops Summit and etc. Darryl has been the lead developer for 2 NBA 1st Round draft picks, Nassir Little (2019) & Kai Jones (2021). Hardin has worked and spear-headed multiple NBA Pre-Draft Camp. Darryl has worked with over 15 NBA players during their summer trainings with shooting improvements being his expertise. Darryl also has worked with all levels of Overseas Professional. Through 1Family (His Travel Team) and Ghost Player Development, he is responsible for the development of over 70+ NCAA basketball players, some who have been all conference players in power 5 conferences and at the mid major level including 1st Team All ACC, players who have made all freshman teams & 6th man of the year in the MAC and Big 12 conferences. Along with guys who have competed in the NCAA March Madness tournament. Darryl continues to study the game & network at a high level to continually challenge his players and help them improve, believing that basketball is an Art!
RAMSES KELLY DRILLS AND SKILLS
-A four-year standout member of the Springfield College's men's basketball program
-Two-time Captain
-A dynamic all-around player who ranks second all-time in assists (508), third in scoring (1,782 points) and third in total rebounds (831)
-has made the most free throws in program history (508) as he appeared in 108 games in four seasons
-Selected as the Springfield College Male Athlete of the Year in 1988, 1989 and 1991
-Throughout his career, earned NE-10 All Freshman, NE-10 All-star, and NE-10 All-Academic team accolades
-Chosen to the All-NABC Division II All-District team following stellar senior season in 1991
-Played professional basketball in both Germany and Puerto Rico
-Since graduation has been a teacher in Puerto Rico, New York and Florida
RASI SPORTS, INC.
RASI Sports, LLC live and breathe basketball. We started this company with one goal in mind and that is to help youth athletes in our community of all ages in Central Florida and surrounding areas to improve and develop their basketball skills, and to reach their goals in the sport of basketball. This is possible by utilizing and applying professional athletic services acquired with our four (4) children known as "Team RASI". The company utilizes Team RASI and their expertise to provide professional services designed to help athletes gain confidence, great work ethic, team work, and achieve athletics success.
